Day 1 : Konnichiwa Tokyo - Japan’s vibrant capital.

Welcome to Tokyo – a major cultural center offers a uniquely eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary attractions, home to neon-lit skyscrapers and historic temples.

On arrival complete your immigration and customs formalities and then proceed to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 15:00).

Day 2 : Explore the city of Tokyo on the city tour. Enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city from the Tokyo Skytree. Visit Renko-ji Temple. Visit Shibuya Crossing.

Explore Tokyo’s iconic landmarks on a full-day sightseeing tour, start the day with a visit to Asakusa Sensoji Temple - an ancient Buddhist temple which is one of the most significant landmarks in Tokyo.

Drive past important landmarks of Tokyo, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, etc. Later proceed to the Observatory deck of Tokyo Skytree – the tallest tower in Japan.

Visit Renko-ji a Buddhist temple in Tokyo, assumed to be the purported location of the ashes of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Visit Shibuya Crossing famous for being the world's busiest pedestrian intersection – where thousands of people cross simultaneously when the traffic lights turn red, creating a mesmerizing "scramble".

Day 3 : Enjoy a day trip to Mt. Fuji. Experience ropeway and enjoy scenic boat cruise on Lake Ashi. Visit Owakudani - “Great Boiling Valley”.

This morning, proceed to Mt. Fuji – the highest and most famous mountain in Japan. It rises 3,776 meters above sea level. It is considered as one of the most beautiful conical volcanoes in the world and the base of Mt. Fuji forms an almost perfect circle stretching 35 to 40 km from east to west and north to south. The volcano has been inactive for over 250 years. Later enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the beautiful Lake Ashi.Enjoy a small ropeway ride while viewing Mt. Fuji.

Proceed to Owakudani observatory – the great boiling valley. It is famous for its black eggs, which are boiled in sulfurous waters to give the eggshells a distinctive color. It is an active volcanic valley.

Day 4 : Hiroshima via Bullet Train. Visit the impressive Miyajima Island. Visit the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome & Museum.

Early morning, proceed to the station to board the high-speed Shinkansen (bullet train) to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, take a ferry to Miyajima (Itsukushima), a scenic island in Hiroshima Bay. Visit the historic Itsukushima Shrine, renowned for its iconic “floating” Torii Gate, which appears to rise from the sea during high tide.

Later, proceed for a city tour of Hiroshima, visiting the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome, a powerful symbol of peace and the abolition of nuclear weapons. Continue to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, dedicated to the victims of the atomic bombing and the promotion of lasting world peace. Visit the Children’s Peace Monument, commemorating the many children who lost their lives as a result of the bombing.

Note: Due to limited baggage space on the Bullet train, we proceed only with Hand Baggage and overnight requirements. One check-in baggage may be transported directly to Osaka hotel by a Courier Service.

Day 5 : Osaka – Manchester of Japan. Visit to Osaka Castle. Free time at Shinsaibashi street.

Today morning settle into the comforts of your coach for a drive to Osaka. On arrival into Osaka, visit the historic Osaka Castle. Osaka Castle was built in 1583 but went through a number of reconstruction bouts, the latest being in 1997. The castle now stands with a modern interior in a museum-like style. The castle tower is surrounded by secondary citadels, gates, turrets, impressive stone walls, and moats.

Enjoy a walking tour of Osaka focusing on historical sites and vibrant neighborhoods.

Day 6 : Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Kyoto. Wear the Tradition: Kimono Experience. Enjoy the iconic Sagano Romantic Train Ride. Visit the Historic Nanzen-ji Temple.

Early morning, proceed to Kyoto, Japan’s cultural capital. Visit the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of Kyoto’s most iconic attractions, where towering bamboo stalks create a magical and serene atmosphere.

Experience traditional Japanese culture with a Kimono Experience, where you can dress in authentic attire while learning about its history and cultural significance.

Later, enjoy the scenic Sagano Romantic Train Ride through the picturesque Hozugawa River Gorge, offering breathtaking views of seasonal landscapes and cherry blossoms.

Visit the beautiful Nanzen-ji Temple, renowned for its tranquil surroundings, historic architecture, and stunning seasonal foliage.

After a memorable day exploring Kyoto’s cultural treasures, return to Osaka.

Day 7 : Visit to Nara Deer Park & Todaiji Temple. Onto Nagoya.

Today, proceed to Nara, Japan’s ancient capital, and visit the charming Nara Deer Park, home to hundreds of friendly deer that roam freely and are considered sacred symbols of the city.

Continue to the historic Todai-ji Temple, one of Japan’s most significant Buddhist temples, renowned for housing the magnificent Great Buddha (Daibutsu), one of the world’s largest bronze Buddha statues.

Later, relax in the comfort of your coach as you proceed to Nagoya, a vibrant city in central Japan known for its rich cultural heritage, technological advancements, and industrial significance. Renowned as a major hub of Japanese innovation and automobile manufacturing, Nagoya offers a fascinating blend of historic landmarks, modern attractions, and traditional charm.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Single entry Japanese visa

(Japan Visa fees have been calculated based on the prevailing rates at the time of quotation. In the event of any increase in the visa fees before processing, the additional amount will be charged to the clients.)

 

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

Tips as applicable for the entire duration of the tour have been included in the mentioned tour cost.

IMPORTANT

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 25 full paying adult passengers traveling together.

Incase passengers want to travel on a particular date and the number of passengers booked are less than 25, there will be a Surcharge applicable on the said date to operate the tour. Kindly check with your Tour operator for the same.

Notes

·       Japan primarily follows the twin-room accommodation concept; therefore, most hotels offer only Twin Rooms for group bookings.

·       Triple rooms are limited and not commonly available in Japan. They are subject to hotel availability. In case a triple room cannot be confirmed, guests may need to opt for a Twin/Double room along with a Single room at an additional cost.

·       In some Japanese hotels, the third guest in a triple room may be accommodated on a rollaway bed instead of a standard bed, depending on the hotel’s room configuration.

·       As per Japan’s hotel fire safety regulations, a maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in one room. Rooms cannot accommodate combinations such as 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child.

·       Panoramic or orientation city tours in Japan are conducted from the coach, offering views of key landmarks and attractions while driving past. These tours may not include entry into attractions or dedicated photo stops unless specifically mentioned.

·       On certain days, due to operational requirements, packed meals may be provided instead of restaurant meals.

·       Services of an experienced Tour Manager or local representatives will be available throughout the tour to assist guests during their Japan journey.

·       The tour routing may be adjusted on select departure dates due to operational requirements. In some cases, the itinerary may operate in reverse order. Every effort will be made to ensure that all sightseeing experiences and excursions mentioned in the itinerary are covered.
