Day 1 : Welcome to Helsinki – Capital of Finland. Get familiar with Helsinki on your guided city tour.

Welcome to Helsinki - The capital city of Finland. Get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 15:00). Helsinki is a vibrant seaside city with beautiful islands and great green parks. A compact city with a laid-back rhythm, yet at the same time refreshingly active. Embark on a guided city tour of Helsinki by driving past the city's busy harbor and shipyards and down the coastal road by Embassy Park. Admire the colorful open-air market on the way. Also, see the Senate Square, home to an elegant Lutheran Cathedral. Drive past the impressive Parliament building, the National Museum, Finlandia Hall and Olympic Stadium, constructed for its hosting of the 1952 Olympic Games. See the unique Rock Church, which was built out of solid rock and capped with a copper dome. Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 2 : Day trip to Tallinn – the Capital of Estonia. Guided city tour of Tallinn.

Start the day with a drive to the pier to take a ferry to Tallinn – Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea. On arrival proceed on a guided tour of the city of Tallinn. See the Toompea Hill, Parliament building, Dome Church, St. Nicholas Church, Town Hall Square, Kadriorg Park and Castle. Visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. After an exhausting day return to the pier to take a ferry back to Helsinki. Later in the evening, proceed to Helsinki Central station to board the overnight train to Rovaniemi. The overnight train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi is a scenic and comfortable train which departs late in the evening and arrives in Lapland's capital refreshed the following morning. Day 3 : Visit Ranua Wildlife Park.

Arrive at Rovaniemi Station and settle in the comforts of your coach to proceed to Ranua. On arrival visit the Ranua Wildlife Park, home to Arctic wildlife including polar bears, reindeer, and huskies. It features over 50 Arctic and northern animal species in spacious, natural forest enclosures. It is most famous for housing the only polar bears in Finland. After exploring the zoo, transfer to your hotel in Rovaniemi. Overnight in Rovaniemi

Day 4 : Visit Santa Clause Village. Onto Saariselka.

Today visit Santa Claus Village to experience the magic of Christmas every day of the year! Santa Claus Village is an amusement park in Rovaniemi, located exactly on the Arctic Circle. Visitors can meet Santa in his office, send mail with an official Arctic Circle postmark, cross the geographic Arctic Circle line. Later in the day continue on a scenic drive to Saariselka. It is Finland's northernmost Arctic resort village. It is a premier destination for experiencing the Northern Lights, while enjoying modern amenities like glass-roof igloos and traditional Nordic cabins. Overnight in Saariselka.

Day 5 : Onto Kiruna. Northern Light Chase tour.

Settle in the comforts of your coach to enjoy a scenic long drive to Kiruna, Sweden's northernmost town, is an Arctic hub renowned for its dramatic landscapes and industrial history. Today late in the evening, embark on a private Northern Lights chase tour by bus for a chance to witness the magical Aurora Borealis. Overnight in Kiruna.

Day 6 : Visit ICEHOTEL. Onto Tromso.

Today proceed to Jukkasjärvi is a small, picturesque village. It is globally renowned as the birthplace of the world-famous ICEHOTEL, an architectural marvel entirely sculpted from snow and ice that is rebuilt every winter. Visit the famous ICEHOTEL and admire its unique ice sculptures and Arctic design. Later proceed to Tromso – known as the "Gateway to the Arctic," is a vibrant city in northern Norway. Overnight in Tromso.

Day 7 : Explore Tromso. Visit Arctic University Museum & Polar Museum.

Start the day with city tour of Tromso, proceed to Fjellheisen and enjoy a return cable car ride offering panoramic views of Tromsø and the surrounding fjords. Later, visit the Arctic University Museum of Norway and the Polar Museum to learn about Arctic history, culture, and polar expeditions. Overnight in Tromso.

Day 8 : Depart and fly back home.

Your Holiday ends, today it’s time to fly back home. Check out and depart for the airport for the flight home.

AIRFARE

Return Economy Class group airfare inclusive of ticket taxes as per itinerary (Presently calculated as prevailing on 15th May 2026).

 

Fuel Surcharge :   In case of any increase in the fuel surcharge by the airline or land service providers, the same will be charged additionally. Our Sales Executive will inform you accordingly, if applicable.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

IMPORTANT

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 25 full paying adult passengers traveling together.

Incase passengers want to travel on a particular date and the number of passengers booked are less than 24, there will be a Surcharge applicable on the said date to operate the tour. Kindly check with your Tour operator for the same.

Price Excludes

·        The cost of the Passport, POE charges, etc.

·        Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral / bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls.

·        Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

·        Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.

·        Arrival or Departure PCR – COVID test if required by the airline or Government bodies.

·        Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.

·        Surcharges incase applicable on certain departure dates.

·        Government Service Taxes and other taxes as applicable.

Notes

·        Igloo stay is subject to availability due to limited inventory, while every effort will be made to secure the experience, confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

·        The thirdperson in a Triple room might not be provided with an extra bed or cot in some of the hotels, they may be provided only with a rollaway bed.

·        Triple rooms are subject to availability. In case Triple Rooms are not available at the hotel, the client will be provided with 01 Double Room + 01 Single Room at a supplementcost.

·        Due to Fire Safety Compliance regulations, 4 guests in 1 room are not allowed in any hotel, therefore 02 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child will not be accommodated in 01 room. A maximum of 03 persons can be accommodated in a room.

·        Panoramic / Orientation city tour means view from your coach of the sights and monuments as you drive past. No visit to the sights/monuments and no photo stop might be provided.

·        Due to operational issues on some days, there might be packed meals offered.

·        Kindly note that the tour routing could change due to unavoidable circumstances. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary.

·        Due to local events / operational reasons, etc. there may be a change in the departure dates. The same will be advised prior to departure.

·        Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives will be available while on tour.

·        Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
