Day 1 : Welcome to Helsinki – Capital of Finland.

Welcome to Helsinki - The capital city of Finland. Get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 15:00). Helsinki is a vibrant seaside city with beautiful islands and great green parks. A compact city with a laid-back rhythm, yet at the same time refreshingly active. Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 2 : Day trip to Tallinn – the Capital of Estonia. Guided city tour of Tallinn.

Start the day with a drive to the pier to take a ferry to Tallinn - Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea. On arrival proceed on a guided tour of the city of Tallinn. See the Toompea Hill, Parliament building, Dome Church, St. Nicholas Church, Town Hall Square, Kadriorg Park and Castle. Visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. After an exhausting day return to the pier to take a ferry back to Helsinki. Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 3 : Get familiar with Helsinki on your guided city tour. Onboard Cruise.

Embark on a guided city tour of Helsinki by driving past the city's busy harbor and shipyards and down the coastal road by Embassy Park. Admire the colorful open-air market on the way. Also, see the Senate Square, home to an elegant Lutheran Cathedral. Visit the Sibelius Monument dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. See the impressive Parliament building, the National Museum, Finlandia Hall and Olympic Stadium, constructed for its hosting of the 1952 Olympic Games. See the unique Rock Church, which was built out of solid rock and capped with a copper dome. Later in the afternoon, proceed to the pier to board the overnight cruise to Stockholm. Day 4 : Enjoy a guided city tour of Stockholm with a visit to the maritime museum – Vasa. Enjoy a mesmerizing skyview of the city from Sky View on Ericsson Globe.

As you come ashore at the Stockholm pier, meet the local guide to proceed on a guided tour of the city of Stockholm often referred to as the Venice of the North. Visit Fjallgatan, the balcony of Stockholm to see the wonderful view of the Swedish capital. See the Old Town with its fascinating narrow cobblestoned alleys, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the City Hall where the festivities of the annual Nobel Prize award take place. Continue to the impressive Vasa Museum, which houses eight exhibitions. It is one of Sweden's most popular tourist attractions because of its beautifully-preserved wooden warship that sank in Stockholm Harbor during her ill-fated maiden voyage in 1628. Next, we go to ride the Sky View on Ericsson Globe – world’s largest spherical building - along the outside of the Avicii Arena in Stockholm. Marvel at the amazing view of the city from a height of 130 meters. Overnight in Stockholm.

Day 5 : Onto Oslo - the capital of Norway. Visit Karlstad – beautiful lakeside town in Sweden.

Today we drive to Oslo – the Viking capital where fjords and mountains meet. Enroute, visit the town of Karlstad, situated between the cities of Stockholm and Oslo. The town is bisected by the River Klaralven with the Smiling Sun as it’s symbol. View Lake Vanern which provides visitors with an opportunity to completely soak in its splendid beauty. On arrival in Oslo, check in and relax in the comforts of your hotel. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 6 : Enjoy a guided city tour of Oslo as well as Vigeland Sculpture Park. Visit The Fram Museum. Onto Geilo - Norway's most popular ski destination.

Get introduced to the city of Oslo with a local guide. See medieval Akershus Fortress, the City Hall from the 1950s, the Royal Palace, Parliament, and the National Theatre. Later proceed on a guided tour of the Vigeland Sculpture Park, home to over 200 stone, bronze, and cast-iron figural sculptures made by the Norwegian artist Gustav Vigeland. Visit the Fram Polar Exploration Museum – Polar Ship Fram - the strongest wooden ship ever built and still holds the records for sailing farthest north and farthest south. Proceed to Geilo - One of Norway's most popular ski destination with slopes and parks. It is located between Norway’s two largest cities, Oslo and Bergen. Overnight in Geilo or similar.

Day 7 : Embark on an exciting journey - Norway in Nutshell – The highlight of your tour.

Today embark on one of the highlights of your trip - Norway in Nutshell. This is a combination of spectacular train rides, impressive trips by boat and a scenic bus ride. Board your picturesque train from Geilo to Myrdal, where you change to the Flam railway line, a masterpiece of engineering set in wild and wonderful scenery to travel to Flam. Cherish the beautiful huge mountains and thundering waterfalls as the train glides through tunnels and open stretches on its way down to wild Flam valley. Wander around the idyllic countryside, before embarking on an enchanting boat ride through the spectacular fjords. Be amazed by the splendid nature setting as the boat takes you from Aurlands fjord into the Naeroy fjord, one of the narrowest fjords in Europe, surrounded by mighty mountains of up to 1800 meters. Arrive at the beautiful Gudvangen, board your coach as you travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Bergen. Pass charming villages before arriving into Bergen. Overnight in Bergen. Day 8 : Get familiar with the city of Bergen on your guided city tour. Take Floibanen Funicular ride to get a heart-melting view of Bergen. Fly to Copenhagen - Denmark’s capital. Visit Tivoli Gardens – Denmark's oldest Theme Park.

Proceed on your guided city tour of Bergen - the second largest port city of Norway. Visit Bryggen a designated world heritage site that consists of the old Hanseatic wharf and buildings, and one of the best known urban areas from the Middle Ages in all of Norway. See the bustling Fish and Flower Market, the City Park, and the Grieg hall – 1,500-seat concert hall located on Edward Grieg’s Square. Take the funicular railway to Mount Floyen and get a scenic view of Bergen Fjord. The funicular railway is one of Norway's most famous attractions. Proceed to Bergen airport to take a flight to the fairytale city of Copenhagen. The city is one of Europe's oldest capitals with an exclusive royal touch. On arrival proceed to the Tivoli Gardens a famous amusement park in Copenhagen and a must for all visitors to the city. Overnight in Copenhagen/Malmo.

Day 9 : Visit the Rosenborg Castle for a guided tour of the Treasury. Enjoy a guided city tour of Copenhagen. Enjoy ride over the Nyhavn Canal – a beautiful way to see Copenhagen.

Start the day with an entrance to the Rosenborg Castle with guided tour of the Treasury to experience 400 years of Royal history. This famous castle is situated in Central Copenhagen with home to the crown jewels, the crowns and the coronation chairs. Later proceed on a guided city tour of Copenhagen. It is full of historical buildings and ancient streets. You will see the Little Mermaid – a symbol of Copenhagen. The Little Mermaid is a bronze statue by artist Edvard Eriksen, depicting a mermaid. The sculpture is displayed on a rock by the waterside at the Langelinie promenade. See the fabulous Gefion fountain. Watch past the Amalienborg Palace – the Royal Residence, consisting of four identical facades, the Christiansborg Castle the home of the Danish Parliament, and many more sights. Copenhagen is an old harbor and maritime city. One of the most beautiful and enjoyable ways to see it is from a boat sailing down its charming canals on the Nyhavn Canal Cruise. MEDICAL INSURANCE

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

 

TIPS

Tips as applicable for the duration of the Tour has been included in the Tour Cost.

 

IMPORTANT

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 30 full paying adult passengers traveling together.

Incase passengers want to travel on a particular date and the number of passengers booked are less than 29, there will be a Surcharge applicable on the said date to operate the tour. Kindly check with your Tour operator for the same.

 

Price Excludes

•       The cost of the Passport, POE charges, etc.

•       Any expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral / bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls.

•       Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangement which may come into effect prior to departure.

•       Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.

•       Arrival or Departure PCR – COVID test if required by the airline or Government bodies.

•       Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.

•       Surcharges incase applicable on certain departure dates.

•       Government Service Taxes, TCS and other taxes as applicable.

Notes

·       The thirdperson in a Triple room might not be provided with an extra bed or cot in some of the hotels, they may be provided only with a rollaway bed.

·       Triple rooms are subject to availability. In case Triple Rooms are not available at the hotel, the client will be provided with 01 Double Room + 01 Single Room at a supplementcost.

·       Due to Fire Safety Compliance regulations in Europe, 4 guests in 1 room are not allowed in any hotel, therefore 02 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child will not be accommodated in 01 room. A maximum of 03 persons can be accommodated in a room.

·       Panoramic / Orientation city tour means view from your coach of the sights and monuments as you drive past. No visit to the sights/monuments and no photo stop might be provided.

·       Due to operational issues on some days, there might be packed meals offered.

·       Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary.

·       Due to local events / operational reason, etc. there may be a change in the departure dates. The same will be advised prior to departure.
