Day 1 : Welcome to Helsinki – Capital of Finland.

Welcome to Helsinki - The capital city of Finland. Get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 15:00). Helsinki is a vibrant seaside city with beautiful islands and great green parks. A compact city with a laid-back rhythm, yet at the same time refreshingly active. Embark on a guided city tour of Helsinki by driving past the city's busy harbor and shipyards and down the coastal road by Embassy Park. See the Senate Square, home to an elegant Lutheran Cathedral. Visit the Sibelius Monument dedicated to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. See the impressive Parliament building, the National Museum, Finlandia Hall and Olympic Stadium, constructed for its hosting of the 1952 Olympic Games. See the unique Rock Church, which was built out of solid rock and capped with a copper dome. Overnight in Helsinki. (Dinner)

Day 2 : Onto Rovaniemi – Northern Lights Hunt

Today proceed to Helsinki airport for your flight to Rovaniemi. Upon arrival get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in after 15:00). Rovaniemi is one of the best places in the world to see the aurora borealis, also called the Northern Lights - the true purpose of your visit. We proceed to take in the stunning Finnish landscape as you chase this celestial light display. Overnight in Rovaniemi. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 3 : Santa Claus Village, Arctic Tour, Husky Farm Visit with Husky Sledge Ride

Celebrate the magic of Christmas all year round with a visit to Santa Claus Village in Lapland. Once you arrive in Santa Claus Village, you’ll visit Santa’s Main Post Office and learn how he sorts letters. Get the chance to purchase souvenirs, meet Santa, and cross the Arctic Circle too. Later we will visit a husky farm – where furry fun awaits! Take pictures of these majestic dogs on this adventure. Climb onto the sleigh and be pulled by exuberant huskies on a short but pleasant ride through Lappish landscapes. Overnight in Rovaniemi. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 4 : Onto Saariselkä

Today we proceed to northwards to Saariselkä - a fell area in Lapland, northern Finland. The hill area is a popular tourist destination. The possibility of seeing the Northern Lights is highest here – which is the cherry on top! On arrival at Saariselkä proceed to your carefully chosen hotel and check in (Check-in after 15:00). Day 5 : Onto Hammerfest – en route visit to Ivalo

Today travel northwards to Hammerfest. An urban haven on a dramatic and sparsely inhabited coast, Hammerfest is the world's northernmost city with more than 10,000 inhabitants. En route we visit Ivalo - where the magic of Lapland’s fascinating nature is omnipresent. It is located far above the Arctic Circle in one of the northernmost regions of the world. On arrival at Hammerfest proceed to your carefully chosen hotel and check in (Check-in after 15:00). Overnight in Hammerfest. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 6 : Onto Alta – the City of Northern Lights

Today we proceed towards Alta – northern most town on Norway’s northern coast, at the head of Alta Fjord. With two months of Polar Nights and clear skies with just a powder of snow, here you have one of the best chances of catching a glimpse of Nature's most spectacular celestial show. This evening, we will proceed to witness nature’s magic. The rocky cliffs and ocean vistas of the Alta Fjord provide a dazzling backdrop for Mother Nature's light show. We will set out after dark in search of the Northern Lights, and admire the natural landscapes from an outdoor viewpoint. Overnight in Alta. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 7 : Onto Tromsø

Today we proceed to Tromsø – Follow the winding route along the fjords of northern Norway to Tromsø, the 'Gateway to the Arctic'. Here you'll discover a multicultural community thriving in its Arctic environment. Overnight in Tromsø. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 8 : Tromsø sightseeing

Enjoy your orientation of Tromsø, Northern Norway’s largest city located on the island of Tromsøya. The Fjelheisen cable car will give you spectacular views of the Arctic city overlooking mountains and fjords. Marvel at the views of the landmark Arctic Cathedral, a masterpiece of glass mosaic and daring architecture. Tromsø has long been an important base for many polar expeditions, and the Polar Museum exhibits and presents this polar seafaring tradition. At the museum you will meet men, women, ships and equipment that were essential for life on the sea and in the Arctic. We will also visit The Sámi Museum Siida is a national museum responsible for its special field, Sámi culture, and a regional museum responsible for tasks concerning cultural environments in the Sámi Area. Overnight in Tromsø. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 9 : Depart and fly back home.
